God is blessing our church with new souls that have been saved from the slavery of sin through the redeeming sacrifice of Christ and regenerating work of the Holy Spirit. By fulfilling the New Testament commandment, these people proclaim their salvation through water baptism. Baptism is a reason for joy not only for those who celebrate their own salvation, but for the entire church. Let’s celebrate along with those who will be baptized and thank the Lord for them! Remember to greet them after the service.
