Pastor of Spiritual Education
Job Duties:
- Teach discipleship and Bible through sermons, lessons, and leading home groups in Russian and Ukrainian
- Develop a holistic educational strategy
- Implement and oversee diverse programs and initiatives engaging members of every generation
- Support youth and children's ministry programs
- Lead the congregation through community outreach and evangelism
- Identify talents of church members and place them for ministry
- Administer baptism, communion, funerals, weddings, and child dedications; and participate in home bound and hospital visits
- Provide pastoral counseling and support
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in divinity, theological studies, or pastoral theology
- 10 years of experience in a lead pastoral old that trains new church leaders and pastors
- Ordained for pastoral ministry by Evangelical Christian Baptist denomination
- Native-level fluency in Ukrainian and Russian
- Membership in Christian church
- 10 years of experience working full time as a pastor
Travel: Travel across the U.S. and foreign countries 1-3 times a year up to a week each time is required
Full time position: $89,877 per year
