Justice: The Mission of Christ

One of the key tasks of the Messiah spoken of in Scripture was and is justice. In promising salvation to His people, and through them to all the people of the earth, God emphasizes again and again that His Servant, the Messiah He sent, will not just save people from the calamities of earthly life, He will solve the main problem, He will eliminate the cause of all these calamities - He will destroy injustice. The prophet Isaiah speaks of this in many specific ways.
