SCHEDULE OF THE DAY
9:00am - Arrival to the venue* (map), free coffee
12:30pm - Lunch, kvass and soda drinks stations
1:30pm - Media ministry station serves coffee, affogato, ice-cream, cotton candy (until 5pm)
- Smoothie station (until 4pm)
- Soccer, volleyball, waterbaloons, small sports, etc.
- Children craft station (until 4:45pm)
2:00pm - Heavy-duty machines tour display
- Watersides, bouncing houses, kiddie pools (until 5pm)**
3:30pm - Meal stations with burgers, hot-dogs, corn (until 5:30pm)
4:00pm - Capture the Flag
9:00pm - Free fellowship and clean-up
Also, throughout the Church Day:
- Contest for meeting new church members and attendees (instructions during the morning service);
- Photo-booth;
- The house on the territory will be open for nursery room and medical services;
- Kids can participate in trash pick-up contest;
- Camping chairs with our church logo available for purchase;
- Twin Cylinder Coffee cart on site
* - For these that do not understand Russian, there will be headphones available at the entrance to the territory of the celebration for translation;
** - Please dress formally for the worship service and bring more comfortable clothes for the free time and games. Please don’t forget that clothing should be modest, not only in your personal taste, but also in accordance with the Bible and the church’s principles of modesty, purity, and holiness. Remember to bring your camping chairs, sun protection for the afternoon, as well as warm clothes and blankets for the evening as it may get chilly.
*** - Dear parents, we kindly ask you to oversee your children throughout the day and especially during all children's activities! Оur territory is adjacent to a main roadway and it is not completely fenced off (the church is not responsible for the life and health of your child).
