The Fear of God is a Genuine Treasure

In speaking of Israel's future, the prophet Isaiah proclaims both the coming punishments of God and the final restoration of the nation that will take place at the end of history. This restoration will involve several events, the themes of which are frequently mentioned in the prophetic books. One of these events is the repentance and spiritual restoration of Israel. The center of this repentance will be a radical change in the Israelites' attitude toward God. They will then be filled with the fear of God, which will be their greatest treasure.
